1. No Refund After Access
Since E-Paper subscriptions are digital and instantly accessible, all purchases are non-refundable once access is activated
We do not offer refunds for:
* Change of mind after purchase
* Partial reading or usage
* Failure to cancel before renewal
* Personal dissatisfaction with content
2. Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases Only)
Refunds will be considered only in genuine cases such as:
Duplicate payment for the same subscription
Payment deducted but E-Paper access not provided
Unauthorized transaction (subject to verification)
3. Refund Request Timeline
Requests must be raised within 3 days of the transaction

4. Refund Processing
* Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay
* Amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (bank dependent)

Users can cancel auto-renewal anytime before the next billing cycle
No refund will be issued for the current active subscription period
6. Service Availability Disclaimer
E-Paper access may occasionally be affected due to:
1.Server maintenance
2. Technical issues
3. Internet connectivity problems
Such temporary interruptions do not qualify for refunds
